Company / Service status

Service notices, without a fake uptime number.

This manually maintained page lists public notices for the services CCN currently offers. It is not an automated monitoring feed and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Manual status board

The services listed today.

A notice will identify the affected service, known impact, time of the update, and next useful action when that information is available.

Public website

collincountynetworks.com and its public service pages. This board is not a continuous availability check.

Manual review only

Customer portal

portal.collincountynetworks.com — Website Studio, business email, billing, and domain workspace. Website Studio preview and billing/refund lookups were unavailable during the September 6 review. Contact CCN for help with an affected request; no refund outcome is confirmed by this notice.

Known limitation

Domain purchase

Live domain results were unavailable during the September 6 review. Search availability and current pricing must be verified before purchase. Contact CCN for help; a search or request does not reserve a domain.

Known limitation

Design package checkout

One-time Launch, Growth, and Commerce design packages are offered in the customer portal after workspace activation. Current checkout availability is not independently verified by this page.

Manual review only

Business email

CCN Email Starter, Business, and Plus mailbox checkout in the customer portal, then mailbox and mail DNS setup in the signed-in workspace. Current checkout availability is not independently verified by this page.

Manual review only

Domain requests

Legacy review-only domain requests and premium domains require manual CCN review. Contact CCN to confirm the next step.

Manual review only
Current scope: this board lists only the public services CCN offers today. New services will be added when they are available.

How notices work

Facts first. Scope stated.

Provider incidents can affect a CCN service without affecting every workflow. Public updates separate confirmed impact from investigation.

Report what you observed
  1. Acknowledge

Record the affected page or service, approximate time, attempted action, and a safe contact path.

  2. Assess

Check the CCN workflow and relevant Google, Stripe, registrar, registry, or DNS dependency without guessing at a cause.

  3. Post when useful

Publish a dated notice when there is confirmed customer-facing information that belongs on the public page.

  4. Resolve and update

State the outcome or next communication when known and keep account-specific details out of the public notice.

Report a concern

Tell us what you observed and when.

Include the page or service, the action attempted, the approximate time and timezone, and any non-sensitive error text. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, private keys, or payment-card data.

Protect the account

Public contact starts the review.

CCN may need to verify identity through an appropriate channel before discussing an order, domain, DNS configuration, or other protected information.
