Meaning before decoration
Use headings, landmarks, labels, link text, and reading order that communicate the page without relying on layout alone.
Company / Accessibility
Collin County Networks works to make its public website understandable, operable, and useful across devices and ways of navigating. This is an ongoing practice, not a claim of certification or complete conformance.
Current commitment
Automated tests can help find defects, but they do not replace keyboard review, real assistive-technology context, or feedback from people using the site.
Use headings, landmarks, labels, link text, and reading order that communicate the page without relying on layout alone.
Keep controls reachable, focus visible, and the interaction order understandable without requiring a pointer.
Consider contrast, text resizing, responsive layout, text alternatives, non-color cues, and reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
Impact varies by browser, device, assistive technology, and provider. These notes identify areas where an alternate path may be useful.
Available monthly-subscription checkout is hosted by Stripe and may behave differently from CCN pages. Design consultations are requested directly and do not open checkout. CCN does not control every part of Stripe’s interface, but feedback can still help us investigate or direct a report.
Template imagery may not communicate every visual detail nonvisually. Plan descriptions, prices, included scope, and purchase or inquiry paths should remain available as text.
The website is still evolving, so barriers may exist that have not yet been identified. A report can help us understand the affected task and prioritize an improvement.
When practical, CCN can help find another way to complete an important task. Identity, authorization, privacy, and payment-security requirements still apply.
Accessibility feedback
Share the page, task, what happened, and your preferred contact method. Browser, device, and assistive-technology details are helpful when you are comfortable sharing them. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or payment-card data.
