Legal / Acceptable use
Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use CCN websites, managed plans, business email, domains, or DNS to violate law or another person’s rights; distribute malware; facilitate phishing, fraud, credential theft, unauthorized access, denial-of-service activity, or network abuse; impersonate others; exploit children; publish unlawful content; evade provider safeguards; or interfere with our services or another network.
Websites and customer content
You may not use a CCN website, checkout link, form, or hosted configuration for unlawful content, deceptive claims, impersonation, infringement, malware, phishing, credential theft, fraud, exploitation, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, or interference with another system. You must have the rights and permissions needed for all content and data you provide.
Business email
You may not use a CCN mailbox, webmail, alias, or forwarding address for phishing, malware, fraud, credential theft, bulk unsolicited mail, impersonation, or other abuse listed in this policy. Business email is intended for ordinary person-to-person business communication.
Domains and DNS
You may not use managed domains or DNS for malicious redirection, command-and-control infrastructure, deceptive registration, domain-generation schemes, fast-flux abuse, infringement, or concealment of unlawful activity. You must have authority to manage every submitted domain and record.
Enforcement
We may investigate, preserve evidence, limit a feature, suspend service, remove harmful configurations, or notify an affected provider or lawful authority when reasonably necessary to address abuse or imminent harm. Emergency action does not waive payment or other obligations, and restoration may require verification and remediation.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to jeremiah.minardo@collincountynetworks.com. Include the affected domain or service and relevant timestamps, but do not email passwords, secret keys, or unnecessary personal data.
