Authorization and accurate information
You must provide accurate information, protect any authentication methods used for a protected provider flow, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone acting for you has permission to manage the affected business, domain, DNS configuration, website, mailbox, or content.
Orders and activation
Displayed availability, timing, and pricing may change until payment and provider confirmation. Payment does not guarantee domain registration, migration, or service activation. We may reject, refund, suspend, or require additional verification for an order involving fraud risk, inaccurate information, provider restrictions, legal requirements, or unacceptable use.
Domains and DNS
Collin County Networks is a reseller of domain-registration services provided by Tucows Domains Inc. through OpenSRS. You authorize us and our providers to submit required registration data and perform the DNS changes you approve. You remain responsible for record accuracy, lawful content, renewal information, registrant eligibility, and maintaining current contacts. DNS changes and migrations can interrupt websites, email, and other services. Contact privacy is included where supported but is subject to registry, registrar, and legal requirements.
Third-party services
Services may depend on cloud hosting, payment, domain, registry, registrar, DNS, security, analytics, and other providers. Their availability, policies, suspensions, maintenance, and technical limits may affect service. We do not control the global Internet or guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems.
Fees, renewals, cancellation, and refunds
The Launch, Growth, and Commerce plans are monthly DIY Website Studio subscriptions at the recurring price shown at checkout. A monthly plan does not include custom done-for-you design unless that service is purchased separately. CCN Email Starter, Business, and Plus are monthly mailbox subscriptions sold separately; they are not website plans and are not covered by the 30-day website-plan refund action. The first successful monthly website-plan payment starts a 30-day (720-hour) refund period. During that period, an owner or administrator may use the authenticated portal action labeled Cancel now and refund automatically. That single action cancels the subscription, ends plan access, and automatically submits the remaining amount of the original payment, including applicable tax, to the original payment method without separate staff approval. The period applies only once to the first monthly payment for the workspace and associated verified account and Stripe Customer; it does not restart for renewals, plan changes, replacement identities, or later payments. Outside that period, cancellation stops future renewal and completed billing periods are ordinarily nonrefundable.
Eligible custom design and fixed-price work may be canceled for a refund within 30 days after successful payment. During that period, custom deliverables are review-only and cannot be downloaded, exported, transferred, copied for migration, or taken to another provider. A refund ends access to the work. After the period expires without a refund, completed paid custom deliverables become eligible for available export or transfer options, subject to third-party licenses, customer-supplied assets, unpaid balances, law, and the agreed scope.
Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, premium names, registry, registrar, and other domain-provider charges are final once submitted to the provider and are excluded from the 30-day policies. Provider failures, duplicate or erroneous billing, written commitments, and rights that cannot legally be waived remain reviewable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Fulfillment and custom-work portability
Paid orders are associated with the account used at checkout. For done-for-you design or an approved add-on, work starts after we receive the content, approvals, access, and other information reasonably required for the purchased scope. Eligible custom work may be canceled for a refund within 30 days after successful payment. During that period, custom deliverables may be reviewed through CCN services but cannot be downloaded, exported, transferred, copied for migration, or taken to another provider. A refund ends access to that work. After the 30-day period expires without a refund, completed paid custom deliverables become eligible for the export or transfer options CCN makes available, subject to third-party licenses, customer-supplied assets, unpaid balances, law, and the agreed scope.
For a monthly website plan, the customer builds and edits in Website Studio and publishes the site after the monthly plan is paid. Automated DNS and HTTPS checks run before a custom domain goes live. Domain registration or transfer requires accurate registrant details, live availability and pricing confirmation, and final approval. All domain registrations, transfers, renewals, premium-name, registry, registrar, and other domain-provider charges are final once submitted to the provider and are excluded from the 30-day website and custom-work refund policies, except for provider failure, duplicate charge, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict activity necessary to protect customers, providers, networks, or the public, while preserving evidence and providing notice when reasonably possible.
