Monthly plans are DIY: try Website Studio without an account. The matching monthly plan is required to publish, host, and keep the site live. Checkout also keeps templates, a private workspace, security, monitoring, updates, and support. A monthly plan does not include custom done-for-you design.
Payments on your website: add a Payment Link from your own Stripe account to the Pay widget. Customers open that link to pay; the final amount is shown on Stripe. The widget's amount is display text only. Product catalog Buy buttons contact your business; they are not a full shopping cart.
30-day website refund policy: cancel an eligible first monthly plan payment through the authenticated portal within 30 days and the same action automatically submits the refund and ends plan access. Renewals and later payments are excluded. All domain-provider charges are final once submitted. Eligible custom work is refundable within 30 days but remains non-exportable until that period expires. One subscription covers one mailbox: add a storage tier to the cart, sign in or create your secure CCN account, and complete checkout. The cart holds one mailbox of each tier; contact CCN if you need additional mailboxes of the same tier. The Business Email workspace then guides the owner or administrator through mailbox creation and automatic mail DNS setup.
Business email is intended for normal person-to-person business communication, not bulk marketing. Applicable tax, domain registration, and unusually large storage requirements are separate. Mailbox migration is not sold from this storefront.

Billing begins when you complete subscription checkout. You can try Website Studio before paying; publishing, hosting, and keeping the site live require the matching monthly plan. After checkout, the private workspace is saved to your account and hosting is reserved; other onboarding steps depend on customer inputs and access. You publish the site yourself after the plan is paid. DNS and HTTPS are verified automatically. A design consultation request is not a purchase and does not include the recurring plan.
You own your business content. When you purchase a new domain through CCN, your business is intended to be the registrant and hold the contractual registration rights. Before purchase, CCN discloses which registrar or reseller account controls access and how your business can exercise those rights. CCN manages the website platform, hosting, SSL, and approved DNS changes while your plan is active.
If you buy the name here, publish fills CCN-hosted DNS automatically. If you keep the registrar and we host DNS, the site goes live on the CCN address and we fill records after your nameservers point here. If the domain and DNS both stay elsewhere, publish still goes live on the CCN address and you add a CNAME or A record at the host you already use. We do not change records we do not host.
No. Stripe calculates applicable tax for monthly website plans, business email, and design packages using your billing address, and shows the complete total before you pay. Review-only add-on requests do not create a charge.
Yes. During the initial 30-day period for an eligible website plan, use the authenticated portal action to cancel and automatically submit the refund in one step. Eligible custom work is also refundable within 30 days but cannot be exported or transferred until that period expires. Domain-provider charges are final once submitted. Yes. CCN Business Email provides professional mailboxes using your company domain in 5 GB, 25 GB, and 50 GB tiers. Secure webmail and mail-app access are included. Custom logo and color theming for the webmail interface is a separately reviewed setup and is not created automatically at checkout. CCN confirms the domain and mailbox scope before activation. Bulk marketing, advertising, and standalone AI services are not included.
