Collin County Networks collects information you provide through our pilot request form or digital receptionist, including your name, business contact details, company, trade, and the operational challenge you describe.

AI-assisted chat

Our digital receptionist uses automated processing to understand your answers, collect details you choose to provide, and prepare a request for human review. Chat transcripts are retained for up to seven days for continuity and security. Do not submit payment details, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive data through chat.
